I am a customer service professional with over 7+ years of experience in Agtech, fintech, and FMCG.

I am passionate about helping businesses build and implement successful processes,  metrics-driven and revenue focus customer service teams. 

I currently lead the customer service team in an Agtech company with a track record of excellence.

Right now I am looking to work in a fast-growing technology company that is customer-centric so I can come in and make an impact not just maintain the status quo.
