Tuscaloosa, Alabama, Pay Grade/Pay Range:   Minimum: $48,600 – Midpoint: $60,800 (Salaried E7) Department/Organization:  508113 – Capstone Village Marketing Normal Work Schedule:  Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm Job Summary:  The Capstone Village Marketing and Sales Representative develops, establishes, and maintains sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenues of Capstone Village. Manages sales activities, marketing, advertising, and promotional activities. Coordinates direct sales calls, tours with prospective residents, in-house marketing events, and marketing collaterals and brochures. Additional Department Summary:  The Capstone Village Marketing and Sales Representative is responsible for the overall marketing strategy for Capstone Village designed to meet and exceed budgeted census goals. Responsibilities include developing marketing plans, coordinating advertising strategies with The University of Alabama Strategic Communications, completing direct sales calls, completing tours with prospective residents, planning in-house marketing events and maintaining marketing collaterals and brochures. Required Minimum Qualifications:   Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or communications and two (2) years of sales experience; OR master’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or communications and some sales experience. Skills and Knowledge:  Ability to communicate with residents, prospects and referral sources of various populations and the elderly. Working knowledge of standard computer software programs. Preferred Qualifications:  Experience in the senior living industry.
