On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:

The People Team at large is focused on empowering every Lofter to meet their highest potential.

The Employee Experience & Development team consists of People Business Partners, Generalists, Specialists, and an L&D Manager. It is a collaborative team founded on trust, open communication, and teamwork.

  • 8+ years of proven People Partner experience in a SaaS environment, preferably with experience partnership with a go-to-market organization
  • Utilizes exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and streamline people processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness
  • Holds self accountable and successfully owns and drives department-wide and org-wide projects
  • Ability to identify trends and coach others on how to navigate employee relations issues
  • Can successfully and independently guide leaders at all levels through performance management cases
  • Instinctively brings data to most interactions and connects data to a narrative
  • Lead strategic discussions and can influence leaders at all levels to drive mutually beneficial outcomes; can help leaders to understand varying perspectives
  • Contributes to functional and cross-functional initiatives that have a measurable impact on the health and performance of the business
  • Pushes the business to uphold commitments to DEI and our core values
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct compelling presentations and strategically partner with C-Level executives
  • Provides expert guidance to the business on large-scale changes and can consult on, execute, and influence large-scale changes
  • Identifies org structure/design issues and proactively proposes solutions; helps leaders to see opportunities they may have missed

  • Attend Salesloft’s New Hire Orientation, where you will learn our Salesloft story and understand what makes our “Lofters” unique
  • Begin 1:1’s with your manager, understand your 30-60-90 plan, meet & shadow current members of the Salesloft team, and delve into your functions
  • Meet key partners in Customer, Sales, and Marketing and learn organizational design
  • Learn Salesloft’s product

  • Be working independently with leaders to partner in developing competency frameworks and career ladders
  • Enable the business around our employee development processes
  • Have regular connections with the senior leadership team to support on people initiatives and driving a high-performing culture
  • Action plan our annual engagement survey with your leaders
  • Build your annual plan

  • Have gained a deep understanding of the departments you partner with and Salesloft’s culture and needs
  • Be point on strategic People iniaitives
  • Play a key role in resolving complex HR issues, providing guidance and support to both employees and management

  • Be considered a top-performing partner across the business
  • Contribute significantly to the organization’s overall success and employee engagement

It is Salesloft’s intent to pay all Lofters competitive wages and salaries that are motivational, fair and equitable.  The goal of Salesloft’s compensation program is to be transparent, attract potential employees, meet the needs of all current employees and encourage employees to stay with our organization.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.

The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.

Base Pay Range $104,000$149,000 USD
