About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced and talented Talent Coordinator to join our high-performing TA team. Reporting to the Global Director of Talent Acquisition, you will work closely with hiring teams to schedule and coordinate interviews while having the opportunity to make a major impact in the experiences of our future new hires. This is the perfect role for someone who has a passion for people, enjoys getting creative to solve problems, and who thrives in the early stages of a growing company.

We are only considering remote candidates who reside in the Philippines and are able to work Indian Standard Time (IST) hours of 10am – 7pm, with occasional flexibility required. This position is a 6 month contract to start with the opportunity to convert to a full-time employee down the line (c2h).

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Work closely with the recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers to schedule interviews while actively seeking ways to enhance our processes and experiences.
  • Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems to ensure data and reports are accurate.
  • Provide top-notch candidate and hiring team experiences.
  • Have a hand in onboarding to set new hires up for success.
  • Provide timely updates and clear communication throughout the interview process.
  • Assist in the coordination of other recruiting and operations-related activities as needed.

About You:
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or coordination role at an early stage, fast growing company.
  • 1+ years of experience scheduling interviews and working with an ATS.
  • You understand the need and have proven experience handling candidate experiences with empathy and diligence.
  • You have excellent prioritization and organizational skills and are able to juggle multiple requests in the same day.
  • You have a strong sense of pride and ownership in you work.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
